Thing #16

I already had an iGoogle homepage, but for this assignment I decided I would enhance it a little by browsing some of the new and popular gadgets. I added "Famous Optical Illusions" and "Google Map Search" to my page. I like the idea of having a start page. I don't have to go to other sites to see major news headlines, read my horoscope, or get my joke for the day. It is already my permanent home page, and I would definitely reccomend it to others.

I depend quite heavily on my planner, and I like the fact that it is a tangible object that I can scribble in. Therefore, rather than the online calendar, I chose to create a to-do list. I am ALWAYS making lists... so I made one or two with the Ta-Da List website. I have to admit, it was insanely simple to make these lists, and editing them is a snap! The only thing I didn't like was the overall plain look of the site.

I am also browsing the MyStickies website, and because I am currently on campus using a library computer and must download an extension to use the site, I will have to complete this post when I am at home on my own computer.
